The neighborhood of Aspen Hollow is situated on the northwest side of Plymouth off of Dunkirk Lane just south of County Road 47. Aspen Hollow is a new development still under construction featuring excellent homes with great architectural design and numerous amenities.Some of these amenities include spacious lots, neighborhood pool, access to a trail system, and picturesque scenery. Currently Aspen Hollow boasts 30 single family homes featuring craftsman housing styles. Homes for sale range from $500,000 to $600,000 in price. In the future, Aspen Hollow will offer over 100 single family homes and feature a neighborhood park.

Aspen Hollow offers excellent location within close proximity to a wide variety of amenities within Plymouth and surrounding communities. Residents of Aspen Hollow are served by Independent School District 284 also known as Wayzata Public Schools. The closest school to Spring Meadows is Wayzata High School. Wayzata High School serves over 3,200 students in 9th through 12th grade providing a rigorous academic program designed to enrich each student’s learning experience. The teacher/student ratio is 17.5 and the Average Standard Test Score in 2016 was 91.2. There are also a wide variety of sports and co-curricular activities, such as baseball, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, debate, speech, and music are available to students at Wayzata High School.
